Graduate Certificate

Space Engineering, Post-Master's Certificate

Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering (Engineering for Professionals) 1 courses

About This Program

Applicants who have already completed a master’s degree in space engineering or a closely related technical discipline are eligible to apply for the Post-Master’s Certificate in Space Engineering. Four courses must be completed from the Space Engineering program within five years. One course, EN.675.712 Space Mission Formulation, is required. If a student has previously taken EN.675.712 Space Mission Formulation, a student must substitute a different Space Engineering 700-level elective (EN.675.7XX) as part of the four course requirement. At least 2 courses must be at the 700-level. Some courses have prerequisites. No grades below a B- can count toward the certificate. All course selections are subject to advisor approval, and the advisor may authorize substitutions for any courses, including required courses. Courses taken as part of an EP Master's program cannot be counted towards the Post-Master's certificate.
