The final course in the MBA program for the Operations Management concentration is a capstone course in which a real-world project will be undertaken to develop an operations strategy supported by a detailed operations plan to improve a mission-critical process in the student’s chosen organization. The course will require the use of data analysis and business analytics for evaluating the business and financial impact of the proposed improvement(s), and the development of an implementation plan that includes the means to measure outcomes using KPIs and other quantifiable metrics. Prerequisites: JWI 557. Course Residency Requirement: This course is not eligible for transfer credit and must be taken at Strayer.
