This course provides advanced topics in implementing Agile project management and coaching techniques into an overall business strategy. The course will focus on leadership and coaching strategies in an Agile practice with topics including delivery frameworks, values, principle and practice. Prerequisites: BUS 517 Certification Offering Certification availability is subject to change. Course Preparation Requirements Course may require that prerequisites are satisfied through completion of a course at Strayer University, transfer credit or review of previous certifications earned.
